We’ve just completed my fifth Scratch Off Promotion
and it was another huge success. $90,000 in all new
money plus another $60,000 in renewed annuals from new clients
last year! Highlights include…
- 3 new annual contracts
- 3 up-sells
- 9 new advertisers
This year we had the Schierl Companies as our distribution
sponsor. They own 5 Tire Centers and 20 convenience
stores in Central Wisconsin. They also have Subway’s
in many of their convenience stores. We not only
did special days at all locations we did “Bag Stuffer” days
with their Subways. It was a terrific way of
distributing cards. Our logo, and our sponsor
logos, were everywhere from the end of September through
the middle of November.
Mole Lake Casino was back for another year as our
major prize sponsor. They offered over $2,000,000
in prizes on the cards and for the Grand Prize giveaway we
again had 10-$1,000 winners and one Grand Prize $10,000 winner,
all funded by the Casino. We also gave away a
$6,000 ATV from Donahue Super Sports, our Secondary Prize
Sponsor.
This remains the best win-win-win promotion I’ve
ever encountered. Programming won (it’s
a Cume and TSL Giant) Sales won (90K in new money) and the
listeners won (over $2,000,000 in cash given away including
$10,000 cash and a $6,000 ATV)!
Thanks again to you and everyone at Martin Marketing
for all the help you provided including the manual, list
of proven coupon clients, ideas, etc. At
every step of the way you exceeded our expectations from
the quality of the finished product to the classy looking
point-of-purchase cards.
